The three main characters from Næturvaktin, Georg Bjarnfreðarson, Ólafur Ragnar and Daníel, have become imprisoned in the infamous Litla-Hraun prison following the murder of the hotel owner in Dagvaktin. The story is continued, and brought to a conclusion, in the feature film Bjarnfreðarson. The first episode was broadcast on Stöð 2 on Sunday, 27 September 2009, and an episode was broadcast each following Sunday until the final seventh episode aired on 8 November 2009. The series has been released on DVD.

His investigation leads to interesting facts about the young man, who was not all he seemed to be, and also about the dead woman’s husband. At the same time Einar finds himself embroiled in two separate family dramas with quite different outcomes.

    Auddi og Sveppi er íslenskur gamanþáttur sem sýndur er á Stöð 2. Þáttastjórnendur eru Auðunn Blöndal og Sverrir Þór Sverrisson. Þátturinn hóf göngu sína í janúar 2009 sem framhald af gamanþættinum 70 mínútur. Innslög þáttarins eru meðal annars hrekkir á milli þáttastjórnendanna og stjórnun Audda og Sveppa. Þessi innslög koma upprunalega frá forvera þáttarins, 70 mínútum. Í stjórnun Audda og Sveppa er gestur fenginn í þáttinn og á fjölförnum stað segja stjórnendur þáttarins honum hvað eigi að gera og í staðinn fær hann gjöf. Hrekkirnir eru á milli þáttastjórnendana en einnig gesta þáttarins þegar þeir félagar fá þriðja aðila til liðs við sig til þess að framkvæma hrekkinn. Þetta innslag þáttarins er mjög umdeilt. Dæmi um það var er þeir hrekktu Einar Bárðarson útvarpsmann sem varð sár og ósáttur við þá félaga eftir atvikið. Þátturinn hætti fyrir sumar 2011, eftir að búinn að vera í tvö ár.
